还在Tripath实验室 和几个 威斯康星大学生物技术中心服务 已结成以提供 10X visium空间基因表达服务.

Now investigators will be able to simultaneously visualize cells and their location in a tissue sample, measure and map gene activity throughout the whole tissue! By utilizing IHC-IF and H&E staining combined with next-generation sequencing investigators are able to examine cell morphology, gene expression panels, whole transcriptome analysis, map gene activity, examine mRNA and spatial relationships between cells. For more information and service inquiries, please contact TRIPath at trip@pathology.wisc.edu.
